Subscription
What is free, what Pro adds, and how billing works — which is to say, how it happens somewhere we cannot see.

What is free
The part that matters most is free, permanently, with no holding limit: recording your inventory, current spot prices in every supported metal and currency, the Portfolio dashboard, the dealer directory, CSV export, demo mode, the privacy ledger, and encrypted backup and restore with reminders.
We are not willing to paywall the feature that stops you losing everything.

Pro is $1.99 a month or $14.99 a year, after a 7-day free trial. A Pro subscription unlocks the rest of Abditex Pro too, at no extra cost.
How billing works
Through the App Store or Google Play, entirely. We never see your card, your billing address, or your store account. The platform tells our server that a valid subscription exists, and our server issues an opaque token that unlocks Pro features — a token with no name attached to it, because we have no name to attach.
Family Sharing
Abditex Pro works with Apple Family Sharing and Google Play Family Library. One subscription covers your family group under the platform's own rules; there is nothing to configure in the app.
Worth knowing: when a subscription is shared this way, the platform is the one that decides who is in the family. We see a valid entitlement, not a roster of relatives.
Restore Purchases
More ▸ Subscription ▸ Restore. Use it after reinstalling, on a new phone, or if Pro features look locked when they should not be. It asks the store what you already own; there is no password of ours to remember, because there is no account of ours to have.
Redeem a code
Beta testers, reviewers, and the occasional apology come with a code. More ▸ Subscription ▸ Redeem Code, type it in, and Pro unlocks the same way a purchase does.
Managing or cancelling
Subscriptions are managed where they were bought — in your Apple or Google account settings, not in our app. We cannot cancel, refund, or change your subscription, and any message claiming to be us asking for billing details is not us.
If Pro lapses, nothing is deleted. Your inventory, holdings, and backups are all still there; the Pro features simply stop until it is renewed.
